‘Il Collaccio’ near Preci, Umbria, Italy

We believe that we have discovered the perfect venue for a botanical painting holiday!

Il Collaccio, a small Agriturismo hotel owned and run by a family with a renowned reputation for hospitality and good food. All eleven bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, are furnished with simple Thirty’s style antiques and come with hairdryers and daily maid service.

On this Botanical Painting holiday you may paint as much, or as little as you wish. The itinerary comprises five days of tuition, with a free day to relax or explore the fascinating local area. Most mornings will be spent in the ground floor studio with Elaine offering individual guidance. In the afternoons you can choose to continue botanical painting or relax and explore.

Non-painting partners are most welcome to come along to relax and enjoy the facilities and the beautiful surrounding countryside of the Monti Sibillini National Park. Photographers will find lots of exciting opportunities. There is a wealth of activities that can be arranged and also a great selection of optional day excursions.
