Botanical painting & tuition
with Elaine Searle

DahliaThrough drawing and painting the small things all around me, from a seedpod to a flower bud I have discovered not only the wonder of nature but much about myself. Maybe this explains why I am so passionate about encouraging others to try botanical art.

Step into a parallel world. One where the distractions and pressure of frantic, technology filled lives fade, and the colour and detail of plants bring deep peace.

You may be drawn to botanical art as a plant lover and want to capture the things you have nurtured. You may also seek release from stress, ill health or the grief of loss. For all ages and all abilities Botanical art can be a life saver! My step-by-step courses in drawing and watercolour will guide you to create your own beautiful botanical paintings.

What classes are offered?

Botanical Painting in actionBeginners

One of our most popular courses – this year offered in two different regions Worcestershire and Norfolk.

Well structured, step-by-step tuition and notes will help you make a start in botanical painting. All materials are provided so you can try before you buy.
